AMP Research Warranty Policy & Registration
AMP Research Warranty Statement
AMP Research offers a limited warranty on AMP Research BedStep & BedXTender models, and a warranty on AMP Research PowerStep models. Both warranties are limited to the original consumer of the AMP Research branded product. This warrants the product to be free from material and workmanship defects and is not transferable from the original purchaser.

What AMP Research Will Do
During the applicable warranty period listed above, AMP Research will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, AMP Research may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.
What Is Not Covered
These warranties do not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off- road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
How To Submit A Claim
A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may submit a warranty claim at the link below. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Returns made to AMP Research will not be accepted without prior authorization from AMP Research.
All claims require the following information:
Order Number
Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
Product Name and/or Part Number
Description of the warranty issue
Copy of original receipt
Images of product
This warranty statement supersedes all previous warranty statements in any AMP Research catalogs or other marketing materials. PLEASE NOTE: Return requests will not be accepted for non-defective products once installation has taken place. This will void any return process for AMP Research. Any items shipped back to AMP Research without return authorization from a AMP Research representative may be refused upon receipt, and/or sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
