We’re proud to offer free shipping whenever possible, and we’ve got free ground shipping on every product we sell. In some cases, however, one or more of these items may require an additional shipping charge from the carrier. This may include locations that are difficult to access, such as rural areas, large downtown centers, freight shipments or other instances.

Orders for in-stock items usually take 24-48 hours to process and can reach our customers within 5-7 business days, or earlier! If an item is out of stock, we’ll get in touch with you to discuss options.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination.

Freight Shipments

Free Freight

We’re proud to offer free freight shipping to most locations in the continental U.S. If your order needs to ship freight, shipping will be on us, though some items and/or areas may require additional fees.

Freight items are not returnable, so please take advantage of our Guaranteed Fit program by placing your order by phone!

By Appointment

Freight shipments are delivered by appointment. The delivery company will contact you to set up a time, so be sure to include a valid phone number during checkout.

*Must be 18 or older to accept freight and other signature-required shipments.

Semi or Box Truck

Freight shipments will arrive on either a semi truck or a box truck, but they may not be equipped with a liftgate. Be aware that if the delivery truck does not have a liftgate, the customer is responsible for removing the item(s) from the truck.

To ensure a truck equipped with a liftgate, get in touch with us prior to placing your order.

Note that a liftgate only takes the item(s) from the truck to the ground beside the truck. Customers are responsible for moving the item to its desired location.


All freight shipments must be inspected before accepting delivery and signing the delivery receipt and/or bill of lading.

Inspect the outside of the product and its packaging for any damage AND open the packaging to inspect the product.

f damage is present in packaging or product, do not accept delivery and do not sign the delivery receipt. Return the product and any paperwork to the driver and call us right away at 855-294-1351.

Order Questions

How do I make a change to my order?

If you would like to add to an order you have already placed, give us a call at 866-436-7940 and if possible, we’ll do what we can to ship your items together.

To cancel an order, give us a call at 855-294-1351. Orders are processed fast, so it’s possible your order could be on its way. If this is the case, it may need to go through the Returns process. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it.

Back Orders and Order Delays

If an item is on back order, the manufacturer will let us know. We’ll give you a call right away to discuss options, including substitute products or to wait for the original product.

Orders can be delayed for several reasons, including weather, differences in address or banking information, production delay, etc. If your order is delayed, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

Can I use a different "Bill to" and "Ship to" address?

Typically, we can only ship to a customer's credit card billing address. This is the contract stated rule put upon us (and all) merchants by the credit card companies in order for us to be guaranteed payment. To have your order shipped to an alternate address, contact your credit card company first and tell them you would like to set up an "alternate shipping address." They will then ask you some security questions and typically grant your request and have your new information updated within 48 to 72 hours. That allows you to then place the order, or if you have already placed it, allows us to continue with the shipment. Those procedural steps are required due to the potential of fraudulent orders.
