We offer fast, free shipping on most of the items we sell. Exceptions to this include freight shipments to rural areas, hard to access places, or large downtown centers.
Some in-stock items leaving our warehouses may qualify for faster ground transit times.
Our warehouses are located in Jasper, IN, and Springfield, MO.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please give us a call before you place your order.
Shipping and Delivery
In-stock orders usually ship from our warehouses within 24 hours. After shipment, delivery is estimated at 2-3 business days.
To ship outside the lower 48 states or to ship internationally, please call for a quote.
Custom orders require additional processing time. Out-of-stock items, freight shipments, and products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer for delivery.
We’re proud to offer free freight shipping to most locations in the continental U.S. If your order needs to ship freight, shipping will be on us, though some items and/or areas may require additional fees.
Freight items are not returnable, so please place orders by phone to ensure guaranteed fit.
Semi or Liftgate Truck
Freight shipments arrive via semi or liftgate truck. Depending on your order and delivery location, some addresses may require an alternate delivery location. Business deliveries are suitable.
You must be 18 or older to accept freight or signature-required shipments. If the shipping company calls you to schedule a delivery, please ensure it is done in a timely manner.
Liftgate and Non-Liftgate Delivery
To guarantee your order is delivered via liftgate truck, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee.
Drivers use liftgates to assist in placing orders on the ground. Drivers are responsible for moving shipments to the first covered location. Customers are responsible for moving the item(s) to the desired location.
Freight shipments are not returnable. If visible damage is present, inspect your shipment before signing and accepting delivery. If damage is present, refuse the shipment, do not sign a bill of lading or delivery receipt, and call us right away.
How do I make a change to my order?
If you want to make a change to an order or cancel an order that has already been placed, call us right away. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, you may need to complete the returns process.
How do I handle my delayed order?
Items can sometimes be delayed. This can happen if an item is not in stock or if a custom order is scheduled to take longer than usual. If this happens, we’ll call you to let you know. We’ll provide details on timing and give you some alternative options.
Orders can also be delayed due to weather, production, banking, or address changes.
Can I use a different “bill to” and “ship to” address?
The “ship to” address must be the same address as the “bill to” address. We adhere to this policy to protect you from fraudulent orders. If you aren’t sure whether these two addresses are the same, we recommend reaching out to your credit card or other billing company to check. You may be able to request an alternative shipping address.
